Up in your grill
I love it! The closest to this I’ve ever come was wasp nests in our grill.
Jack is not holding up well in the heat. He drinks a lot of water and tends to flop over in his wheel in order to have some air circulating. He does not appreciate being wiped down with a damp cloth, but it makes him a lot less likely to sprawl on the floor of the cage and pretend to be dead. The living room is actually warmer than my room, and the other hamsters are doing FINE. He’s his normal crotchety self when it’s not hot like this.
It occurs to me that he spent his whole life in a pet store, then suburbia, then a pet store, and maybe he’s never lived without air conditioning. Poor little guy!
